Had prophecies, just got Nightfall... Heroes and Skills Q's
Simple questions, I promise
I got Prophecies a few weeks back, love it, love the classes, love the game. Last night at our local gamestop I found the collectors edition of Nightfall clearanced at 19.99!!!! So I picked it up. The question is: How can I, with my level 17 Necro (or any other Ascalon character) get Heroes from the storyline in Nightfall? I am just starting the "sunspears in kryta" quest as I type this. Also, skills... Are there going to be skills available only through the NF storyline that my proph characters can't easily get unless i run one through Nightfall? Thanks! |

Anyway, Sunspears in Kryta will take you to Nightfall. After that, you're about two quests away from getting your first 4 heroes: a warrior, 2 monks, and a dervish. You can then choose between a ranger and an elementalist hero as well and you can pick the other one up after you beat the game. One big difference between Nightfall and Prophecies is there are pretty much no skill quest. In Proph you can get quests that give you free skills and such. There are none of those in NF. Also, outside of the primary quests, you won't be able to get any quests on Istan (the starter island). After that, skills and quests are just as accessible with a Proph character as with a NF character. As you start going through the story, you'll pick up more heroes as well. |

it won't be easy to do Sunspear in Kryta
ask help to a guildie or ppl in the city to help you fight through also it rly is easy to get heroes you'll later on get another lvl 17 ele hero after you got on the mainland and later you'll be able to choose between a necro or ranger hero so you can choose in the start for the ranger and later you'll get the ele and then go for the necro very easy all |

Getting from Prophecies to NF is a bit harder than going from the other campaigns to Prophecies; you are leaving from Lion's Arch, which only has level 11 henchmen, and you're expected to fight level 20+ enemies. You really need to get help from some higher level players or friends. Once you get to Kamadan (NF), it's much easier going...
